I was a first time home buyer utilizing my VA eligibility to purchase a home. Martha’s attention to detail's, years of experience and knowledge of local market made my home buying experience less stressful. A few years later she sold my first home for a nice profit. I bought another home and Martha was my realtor for that home. Circumstances changed in my life and I again went back to Martha to sell my second home. I first met Martha when I had a situation with a potential VA house purchase. The inspection caused me to discontinue with the purchase.
